  • P90X Results - Before and After

Last week, I finished the P90X workout program. I don't want to get into details about the program. In short, it's a workout routine that last for 90 days where every day of the week works out a different part of your body.

I hadn't originally planned on taking this challenge. My brother was the one who bought the P90X DVDs because he was inspired after he found out his friend lost 50 lbs from the workouts. I figured I might as well try it too. It turned out that he never even started because it looked too intense for him and I was the one who benefited from his $136.99 purchase.

The first week is the hardest. My body was sore every single day because the workouts were new. Some workouts I really hated, like yoga, but now, it's not so bad. I still can't do a half moon properly but the crane pose is a piece of cake now. My body is a lot more flexible now too.

In terms of strength and endurance, there is definite improvement. As far as physical changes, though, I'm not too sure. I think there are some, but it's probably minor. I didn't take the supplements as suggested nor did I follow the suggested diet plan, and you guys know how much I love to eat. There's no way I'm going to give up food. I'd rather never have than 4% body fat than to give up food.

I know, I know - you just want to see half-naked pictures of me now. I originally wasn't going to post these pictures up to the public and have been privately updating on my other site instead, but I guess I have nothing to be ashamed of. Still got flab but definitely better than average. Can you see a difference? --Other than my hair getting longer. I really need a haircut. It's so long right now that I've been too lazy to style it in the mornings.
